Description: The Killing Moon is a VGAP game  running the 'Tantalous Machine' scenario  on host 3.22.47. Game includes: Custom Starmap, 12 Planets  to start with. Starbase @ HW w/  2 ships. You must control the TM for 20  turns to use it, it won't be  easy!
Game Options: Mods in use are Raceplus & Starbase.  Engine Shield Bonus is ON set  at 50%.  Otherwise a stock game with lots  of everything. Game runs twice a week or when  all turns are in. Miss 4 turns and you're out.
