PNoAlly vs PHost Allow Ally set to NO

What is the advantages if any between using PNoAlly over PHost configured for no allies?

POneAlly configures the number of allies allowed per player.
Normally, it is one, but can be configured for more.

As for Phost internal settings:
CPEnableAllies
This setting determines whether or not players can set alliances.

No, I thought there was a PNoAlly add-on. That was why I was asking because it didn't make sense to me.

An often overlooked detail: CPEnableAllies=No just prevents players from modifying alliances; it does not disable alliances altogether. Thus, a host can set up permanent alliances players which cannot change, for a team game.
