I'm confused, is it going to be a 2x a week game or a 3x a week til turn 25?

The game will run at least twice a week.

SRACE can't be used in PHOST. Custom races will be available though.

Yes, upgrade the cash to $10,000.
And:
If easy, give each player 2 Foundation Freighters with Enerpsi Engines.
