A bit late perhaps, but wouldn't it have been better to turn off Wrap, or set the edges at 1200,1200,2800,2800.
It's an awfully large jump now.

Then again, privs needs all the advantages he can get :)

Wrap is already set at 1150, 1150, 2850, 2850
You should see it in the pconfig.src that you received.

Another question.

In the game description, it says ES Bonus is on.
But if I check the pconfig.src, it says this:

### Ships in Combat
# AllowEngineShieldBonus = No
# AllowESBonusAgainstPlanets = Yes
# EngineShieldBonusRate = 0

So it seems to be off...

Can you enlighten me, before I screw up my calculations in combat >:-)

Check the Shiplist.txt file to find those values that are not commented out.

Please update your shiplist.txt to display the correct value (If you want to use it for Sims)

Ah, allright.

Would that happen automaticly, if you enable the option or would you have to do that manually every turn?

I think, it would make a lot of sense for the players to see the Points (at least every ten turns) since its the winning condition...
