My addiction to UO has gotten the better of me. Yesterday I installed it on the new computer.

When Zap came home and asked about my day I very casually slipped that little tidbit in something like this; BaileypeedherpantsagainIinstalledUOonthecomputerandFionntiedhisshoesallbyhimselfcanIhavetwentydollars

He knows. I told him. And then I had trouble patching 2 years worth of updates on dial up so he went to buy me the Ninth Anniversary Edition because it includes all the ML data rather than trying to download it. But, some moron went and bought the only copy at the nearest WalMart so I'm SOL until we go out this weekend.

And honestly, I haven't run into many kids where I am. Infact, the shard I play on has A LOT of adults. Infact I know a lot of stay home moms that play and some retired men.

So basically what you're saying is a bunch of you old bored house wifes gather together, gossip and such in Ultima online instead of real life.

Ok, first off, I'm not OLD. Infact, I believe you are older than I am.

Secondly, we don't really gossip much. We play the game, and my guild is mostly men with a few women. I do admit that my current guild has more women in it than the last one did though. I am no longer in a PK guild. *sigh*

It's good for us. Most of us are home with 1-4 children and it's a nice way to talk to other live human beings, over 4 feet tall, without racking up the phone bill or tying up the line at the bank.

So you're what, 4' 1" or 4' 2"? :P

Yeah, I'm a pygmy.

I should have known better. Let's see, I like to talk to people:

Over 4 feet tall
That don't pick thier noses
That don't consider corn-dogs a "good meal"
That don't pee thier pants
That put together a proper sentence
That know how to tie their shoes without making a "bunny" and a "tree"
That know how to spell words with more than 3 letters

I bet I just ruled out many of you!
:P

I'm good on five of the seven. Can I get a waiver on the other two?

The “That put together a proper sentence” and the last one will have to be a mystery. There is no need for me to tell you everything about myself, after all, I do need to have some secrets, don’t I?
