}{avok, just curious if there are any new games coming up since the summer is over?

BTW, absolutely love this site, just don't tell my wife or my boat, they'll get jealous.

Later.

Would anyone be interested in a no frills xenophobia game?

Could be keen as long as everyone is clear on the definition of xenophobia :)

Xenophobia, I assume you mean a free for all, no allies, no deals, no talking, everyone is the enemy. That would be interesting. Everyone would have to agree, it would be too easy to cheat, but I think most of us are pretty honorable, after all, its only a game.......

I'd be interested. Can't start until the end of September though.

No Ally with NO non-Ally Cooperation: (Xenophobia)
No cooperation of any sort is permitted.
No NAPs, No Borders, No exchanges, no coordinated military, nothing.

Me too - I have two games winding down in the next few weeks. I wouldn't mind trying the Lizards in a game like that.

I wonder how the birdmen will do in a game like that. Sign me up as the birdmen

But we should shrink the map somewhat.

Any daily one anytime soon?

Yeah, Bird could do really well. Pirate too.... But I think it would be fun to play a Carrier race, cause I don't think they would do as well as usual. Fed might be hard also. Oh, all so exciting, maybe we should opt for a random draw, you get what you get. That might be interesting too......

Maybe T-list would be a good idea - even the battle field a little...

Perhaps, but there is something pure about the original game, random HW in a long circle. Just the way Tim intended it. Oh course all of this is up to our gracious host. And }{avok, if all you ever wanted to do was run the same scenario, over and over, I would still be a huge fan.

Thanks again for a great site..........

What about using the UnNatural Engines in the setup?

True, but Tim also intended diplomacy and that's removed from a xenophobia game. Some races are badly outgunned on their own.
