Can't send my *.TRN

Post by AngryJohnny » Wed Dec 13, 2006 8:45 am

Havok,

Is there an issue receiving e-mail from @msn.com accounts? I've tried to submit my *.TRN file & keep receiving a delivery failed notification.

It maybe an issue with MSN but I'm not sure...

I'm having the same problem from my yahoo account and it is critical (well, in the vga perspective) that I get my updated turn in for SFB.

Part of my Delivery Failure message is this:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I've seen problems from Yahoo before but not MSN. They usually resolve in 24 hours.

I'm going to mail you each a private address with some instructions.

I've done a little research and it appears a couple of different spam blocking services have my ISP's IP address range blocked for some reason.

When I check my domain against the same services, it's in the green. Very strange indeed.

Usually this kind of activity ends after a 24 hour lockdown. I'll find out more when I get to work.

You should already have it. I sent it as soon as I replied on the forum earlier.

AAARGH!

Well, I guess my turn did not get in either, although I did not get a bounced message, or anything for that matter. I guess I should have waited for the confirmation e-mail from autotroll before going to bed. Grrrrrr.

Don't feel too bad Junior, you're not the the only one who should have waited a little longer before going to bed. :(

I set up a G-Mail account to use as back up. I sent my *.TRN file in & it worked.
