is it possible to take back a turn?

I am hosting a game and now I made a mistake, forgot to copy one trn file in that folder before I ran host.exe.
Is there a way to take back this turn? (No, I did not store anything)

good question, i was always wondering that myself...

its a good habit to make a backup dir when you're hosting, especially if your players are particularly eager to WIN...

They're may be an Add-on that saves previous turns automatically, in fact I think the Auto-Troller may have a feature like that, not that it would help you right now.

Hopefully someone can help you better, good luck.
(your're not the only one who has done that hosting ;] )

Do you host manually, or Autotroll? Autotroll has a setting that'll keep backups of your game; think then you just shut down AT, copy that backup dir over the game dir, then fire AT back up & be back in business.

Regardless of hosting system, if you don't have SOME kind of backup of the game dir, you're out of luck...

How are you hosting the game MajorM?

If you're using AutoTroll, and have the Backup choice turned on.... then the answer to your question would be "yes".

Well, you don't have to, it just makes the backup easier... you could also just copy the entire directory before each time you run host, or zip the whole the up, etc. That's what AT does.

Tis true.

Just modify your batch file with a copy command into another folder.
