Congrats on passing the exam.

You should check the Plist 2.4 (or newer) Klingon hulls.

I'm never shy when it comes to the Tholians, but I prefer the Feds when I play PHost, the Tholians are my choice in THost. I'm open to either one.

Do you insist on PList 3.1?

My previous FLAK test game used PList 2.4 standard, so I would have used that. PList 3.0 should also work if you want something newer. The problem simply is that FLAK doesn't yet support new stuff such as "Commander" ships.
There is now a proposed setup for a game on http://phost.de/~stefan/flak/.

The flak-data.zip archive contains the ship list and configuration files, as well as a readme file.

The flak-program.zip contains AMaster, PHost and Flak-Server, i.e. everything to create a game from the data zip and run it.

The flak-user-doc.txt contains user documentation. Read it if you haven't already.

To simulate and watch battles, use either the CCBSim version from the flak folder, or PlayVCR from the just-released PCC2 beta5 (beta4 had a small, harmless but annoying bug in the FLAK viewer component).

Sorry for warming up this old thread. For my part I always liked the idea of multi-ship combat so I'm interested in learning more about FLAK which is completely new to me.

Anyone knows if there's been some progress and/or testing - is it playable yet?
