Dare I say it?

OK here goes.

Can I see the level of interest out there for another incarnation of Alpha Quadrant?

I know Logain's nervous twitch :twitch: is working overtime at the suggestion, and he has managed to plant the seed in my brain (dammit #-o ) so that makes two.

Is anyone else out there interested? If we have enough players maybe ][avok would be kind enough to set it up as the first new game on his new "Mothership"

OK guys.... don't hold back.... you know you want to!

I'm interested but I'm in too many games already so I'll have to catch her on the next go.

Nice new "avatar" btw hahaha

I am interested, but would need to see how things look schedule wise when the game is posted.

An American is a person who does things because they haven't been done before

OK... here's my AQ wishlist in order of preference.

1) Romulan (of course :D )
2) Klingon
3) Orion
4) Federation

FLETCH... You are an evil man to bring this up!

Well, if we're going there at this point:

1. Fed
2. Klingon
3. Cardassian
4. Dominion

I'm assuming we're talking about AQ 2.0. There have been some substantial changes.

Sorry... I couldn't resist :D It's all FLETCH's fault for getting me started.

I've never played an AQ scenario, but they sound good, so count me in. I think I'd like to give the xtals a run, but would need to check the details of the scenario first. Where can these be found? :)

Perhaps Havok could have a lottery about race choice once the game is created (assuming it is)
Just cause I am paranoid does not mean they are not out to get me.

Evil?....

YES

But it was all your idea Logain! It just so happens that my other game has about 20 odd turns left so perhaps this is good timing.

I too am keen on the Feds. I might have to take a closer look at the others. I know I'm not keen on the Ferengi or the Dominion.

So the count so far is:

FLETCH
LOGAIN
RAVEN
HAWKEYE

As definite starters and a couple of maybes...

Three of those four are old enemies/allies from ancient AQ times. I wonder how the dynamics will go this time 8)

OK after having a closer look I think my race preferences are:

FEDS
KLINGONS
ROMULANS
CARDASSIANS

Now we just need 7 more players to commit!!!

Yeah I like this idea - you could even go so far as to randomly assign races to players.

I am not so keen on a lottery.

There are some races I like to play and some not so much. To invest the time it takes to play an AQ (or any) game is one thing. To do it playing a race you are having no fun with is another and just doesn't sound enjoyable to me.
