How about 10 free fighters for evil? Is there a standart-balancing changes for starbase and teleport?

IMO:I like Starbase becouse its saves a ship slot for the "starbase-docked ship minelayer-sweeper". And jumpgate -for the ability keep the one empire as the whole empire,do not divivde it onto small(400LY) parts.

Biggest limitation is that you can only transfer money to any one base at any one time. Whereas with HYP ships you can transfer in multiple directions.

Hmmn, well I've never built a starbase-docked mine sweeper ship. Most of my ships that I build are intended to move.


That being said. All I was saying is clarifying what I interpret Havok to say by "basic addons". Someone said basic addons, and there were two different interpretations of what basic addons is. For CM, typically Teleport is pretty basic.

As to balancing and so forth, that can be discussed or decided upon by whomever. I like daily running games but probably won't get in on this one.

To me the basic addons (an oxymoron) are Starbase+, Race+ and maybe Sphere.
