so at the beginning of the next turn my ssc increases the happiness to 69 again and then it drops to whatever and i get my money, could that be right ?
Yes.

Say you set tax in such a way the you will have happiness at 40. You get your new RST and see that your planet is indeed at 40. Now you set that SCC to PAC with W0 and 100 fighters aboard and set tax rate to 0. Next turn, you'll see your native happiness is at 69+something depending on the government type, mines etc.

However, with happiness at 40, you could also set your tax so that next turn you end up with 11 happiness. But due to the SCC, 29 points of happiness are added, so you are back at 40 :-)

For maximum efficiency, tax your natives down to 31 happiness. Put PAC on, and set and keep tax rate such that it would seem to drop happiness down to -7. Next turn you will be at 31 again (because PAC added 69-31 = 38 happiness, and collect a nice bundle of cash, because to the host, you didnt tax from 31 down to -7, but from 69 down to 31.

Now take your new found knowledge, project it to the Pit 4, and surrender :lol:

And since we have so many now, just try building more of your own... :-)

Btw warp interdictors are easily solved with Antimatter missiles.

that's what i mean with "underestimated". i could have started way earlier to build doomsday-missiles and now it is too late...
