I'm using the Winplan-mobile.exe package.

I've switched to a different Windows XP Virtual Machine.
I created a new directory and ran Winplan-mobile.exe from there.
During installation I utilized the Activation Code on my 3.5" disks, creating a new REG.KEY file.
I've just executed my turn in the game and submitted my turn.

As a bit of trivia, I ran an MD5SUM signature on all of the REG.KEY files in the directories for the games I play (including the new one I just generated). The MD5 signature is identical for the REG.KEY files.

I did the same for SCRAM21.OLE to see if there was any difference in my installations. The signatures matched for this file as well.

I'm not sure where that package comes from.

If you are sure your key is correct, then I suggest you and the other player contact Tim to verify your keys, cause your keys are the same and that creates a conflict in the game. Host only checks the each game individually.
