A note about Global changes above.

The "Missing Mass/Exploding Stockpiles" errors noted in earlier versions of AQ and SFB shiplist mods were eventually determined to be a bug in the Winplan32 bit client in 2013 (thanks to Bitmask for clearing that up!). So I am restoring the tugs back to their originally intended roles as large cargo/fighter transports.

Good work Klauser.

Just check there was one error in the documentation previously where the MILITARY FRT incorrectly showed tubes instead of fighter bays for some races.

I think I got all the MAQUIS FREIGHTER tube errors fixed in the documents ... there were a lot of them!

Thanks Klauser, good work! Hopefully AQ9 is set up soon and of course with all the intentions you had in mind of how it should be played. Would be nice if you could check the HCONFIG once it is prepared for AQ9?

Finished the shiplist graphics late last night - I'll review them this evening and move on to updating and correcting the rest of the text files.

I thought I had the modified ship data files ready to go, but I found some problems with the WinPlan VCR DLL graphics. Will re-engage tomorrow ...

Done!

I had forgotten how much tedium was involved in putting one of these together.

In that spirit, I would appreciate it several interested parties could take a "beta test" look and shake the mod for a couple of turns. Specifically, I would appreciate looking at using a variety of clients, DOS Planets, WinPlan, java clients, etc.

Also, please point out any errors I missed in the documents. They seem to breed like viruses!!

Hi Klauser,

I took a look through the new list 2.1 beta and all looks good but for the Patriot. It is showing up with 90 mass not 120.

Can you please take a look?

I could have sworn I made the changes, but I checked the data files. Sure enough, it is "90" where it should be "120".

Excellent catch. Things like this are exactly why I asked for help.

Hi Klauser,

Looks good to me.

(The what changed document has been updated, the ship list is correct as is the images that go with it)

Unless you changed something else I would say it is ready to go.
