Welcome to No Frills 150

No Frills 150 is your basic default VGA Planets game.
The game runs 3 times a week until turn 25, then twice a week or when all turns are in.
Game is set for 100 turns or when winner decided by remaining players.
Diplomacy Guidelines: Xenophobic

Mods: Teleport, No Allies.
Map: Custom.
Classic Home Worlds in a Circle from a Random Point - Long Range
Extra Rich HW with Random Rich Planets. Very High Pop. Very High Money.
Starbase @ HW with 2 ships.

Never played the Empire past turn 14. There might be just enough resources to make them viable. My starting spot sucks big time, just like the last time I tried to play the Empire, that one didn't work out so well. Cross fingers.....

Yep, that's where you make your critical choices. Is he letting me see that battle cruiser as sabre rattling? Can he back it up? If I don't attack him, will he reciprocate? Or, should I do unto him before he does unto me?
