Battlestar Galactica convert

Post by Gilgamesh » Thu Jul 19, 2007 11:03 am

I just started watching the season 1 BSG dvds. I'm completely hooked! What a great series! I had seen a few episodes here and there and it looked interesting but I was confused with the multiple Cylon thing -now I get it, and I'm loving it.

That's all, nothing earth-shattering, just thought I'd share....

It's awesome and completely character driven.

2nd year is good. 3rd season starts off strong, but kinda looses direction on some of the storylines. I have faith the 4th season will bring it all back together for the ending.

I was hooked during the mini-series. The scene that did it for me was when the Colonial remnant fleet abandoned all the ships not equipped with FTL drives. I really felt that one.

Me too - the way the Cylon missiles spread out finding their targets, and that little girl sitting there with her doll as the other ships were jumping, the wierd music - wow......

Good thing, especially when you consider the scene with Starbuck in bed with Apollo's brother...
