Hi,

the following problem appeared today for the first time - I did not change anything in my settings, but my trn files are rejected - what can I do ? It worked well for the last 3 month ... Should I just retry again and again sending my trn ?

I did not change anything, re-sent my trn, and it said "Good trn file" ... strange ...

The error you receive says that the mail server that you use (gmx.net) was mark in a RBL(SpamCop) as a origin of spam. Other mail server will then reject mail from that server.
gmx.net would have recieve many complaints and fixed it. That is why it worked later.

We have another user on GMX that's having the same issue. Spamcap is/was blocking a bunch of IP's associated with that domain. I suggest sending your turn in from another network connection if possible. I can also set you up with circus-maximus.net email address if you're interested in that.

Hi,

I just have the same problem. It started on 4th!

Just login at GMX and send the TRNs by hand, and not via Email-Clients or SendTRNPro.

Maybe GMX gets things fixed, soon!

Some time ago I had a similar problem with a domain that I've been using for over a decade and never caused any problems before. I'm suspecting that SpamCop occasionally gets a bit overzealous and blacklists entire domains or IP ranges in a "shoot first, ask questions later" fashion.
