Having trouble sending in my Trn file, redid my Turn several times, ran Turn many more times, even remade the dir from a saved Zip file dir and same problem is happening. it is like the turn file is not working thus the player11.trn is stamped is old. Could the turn file go bad bad and cannot make a trn file anymore ? Also this don't make sense because I used a backup zipped player file from turn 3 and unzipped it asked Circus to send me a fresh rst did my turn again same problem. I even del the old trn file that shows up and redid my turn and after running TURN it did not generate a trn file at all .

I had the same problem in another game and the saved player file worked in that one but the problem seems to be the same, also even if it does work I loose VPA information by going to a backup Player files.

I'm not a VPA expert, but it sounds like you could be using the wrong folder or file?

Try getting the c2 apps fron streu and use them to make your turn. Can be run from the windows command shell. Also contains a chktrn which gives usefull debugging info.

Ill try that, less room for error :) I tried even a different computer and I only have one Player file for the Colonies of Man called CM and downloaded the new rst, unzipped, unpacked, redid turn, ran TURN sent in the trn and it also came back stale. At least I got some Dos Box experience :D

Kinda like Fireage I do something similar. When I have a problem with a turn (I also use vpa) I will unpack Stru's PCC into my game folder and use it to do the maketurn process. That fixes the problem every single time.

Keep in mind that when a player is wiped out in the game itself that doesn't mean that the player hasn't quit or removed himself in AutoTroll. That's why AutoTroll was waiting. I've corrected that.

Such a frightful sight of 13 Plus Gorbies flexing their might :D

Playing the COM had been fighting the BOTs/Empire and have to say both these Players can build some Carriers, a couple turns ago 4 Golems, 4 Virgos are destroyed in one battle and yet the Bots show up with 5-6 more Golems when I pressed on with 3 more Virgos. Meanwhile the Empire move in with 13 Plus Gorbies/Lokis/Cat Paws/SSDs/ and other support ships With about half that in Virgos to counter with.

Been a while since I played a Carrier race and look forward to the huge up coming battles my Enemies seem to be very good Players indeed. :D
