I figured to keep here the Foundation games I started at PlanetsServer, if the players like the configuration and agree to join.

I am searching for a picture to illustrate it since months but not luck yet.

The configuration should be:
- Roundup (sphere) map (you go to he east and come up from the west)
- Explore map (you have to find the planets).
- Poor mineral planets and moderated initial cash (hard/slow start but good for balanced mineral races).
- Teleport: I have learned this addon just this year and I can not conceive a game without it.

The other addons are a temptation but they can change the game to crazy (Supernova, Relic Wars, Aliens).
The other configuration should be the default.. Bird can get some ground attack or free fighters, but in another game if we do it.



If there is people interested in this game we can ask Havok and BitMask,
anyone?

I think you're going to have a hard time getting folks to join a low mineral game these days. They tend to be quite frustrating.

I'm playing my first game as the robot in about 17 years and I as I now know, a low mineral game would not suit these guys....

Yes, it is supposed to benefit races like bird with low mineral requeriments, but those extreme condition always benefice the stronger races, who can build more merlins, expand quicker, etc.

I will make a poll to ask possible players about low/rich minerals and other possible options, please post here more suggestions/complains possible add ons etc, or if you would agree to start a game like I described in the first post.

Not signing up for a game just giving a little feedback.

I like to play a game with less minerals as well, but very low minerals like between 0-100 of each mineral on a planet is also very unbalanced. Priv/Cyborg/lizard/crystal get the advantage.

I think the mineral configuration is set LOW / MED / MUCH, that's it, and you always can get meteors from the stars.

Guys, what other little changes in the settings use to be made sometimes, like adding free fighters or ground attack to the Birds?
Just to add it in my poll and see what would players prefer to be playable.

OK then, by now let's do it with rich minerals and lot of money at SB.
So: the same settings than a typical NO FRILLS but with Sphere map and Explore map add-ons.

I think it is the best moment to try this game since some NF has ended the latest few weeks including NF141 which players are asking to end it.
