These are sites actively hosting VGA Planets 3.0 / 3.5 and PHost compatable games. All of these sites are free to all players and have at least 1 game live and running, though I think a couple of these are questionable at this time. Last Updated: 4/10/2011.
These VGAP sites are still online, but have been abandoned by their owners. Many are antiquated, but some still have some very good information if you dig deep enough.
